The team includes massage therapists, estheticians and a few staff licensed in both disciplines. Clients can ask for a male or female therapist when booking. Massage and facials are also offered to clients ages 12 to 17 when a parent or guardian comes along, with forms completed beforehand.

The facial menu starts with a Consultation Facial, in which the esthetician analyzes the skin before the client chooses a treatment. From there the menu moves through HydraFacial options, a Microcurrent Facial that uses a Sanitas mask, and a seasonal facial with a pumpkin enzyme mask. Dermaplaning is offered only by certain estheticians, so clients should mention it when booking.

The Bliss Package, which the spa calls its most popular treatment, combines a relaxation massage with a full body dry scrub, a nourishing back mask, a foot treatment and warm stone placement. It comes in 60- and 90-minute versions and is priced for an individual or a couple.

Visits run best with a little preparation. Guests are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, or complete the intake paperwork on the website beforehand, and to set phones to silent during treatments. A card on file is required for all appointments. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged the full service. Gift cards can be bought online, are valid at either location, and cannot be transferred or used to buy other gift cards.

The spa builds treatments around each client, tailoring massage sessions and facials to skin type, concerns and what the client needs.
