Visits are by appointment. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Complimentary drinks are offered during visits, including bottled water, soft drinks, herbal teas and wine, and the salon also lists Vietnamese coffee, green tea, sparkling water and cocktails.

The manicure and pedicure menus are the core of the salon. Pedicures range from a basic service to the Golden Lemon, which includes a gold soak and gold flake exfoliating scrub. The Milk and Honey treatments soak in real milk and exfoliate with real honey. The Volcano pedicure and manicure add hot stones, and the Volcano manicure includes a 12-minute hand and shoulder massage. Several services can be done with gel for an additional charge.

Beyond nails, the salon offers acrylic fills and new sets, dipping powder, Gel X and Gel Builder, a kids menu for children under 10, and a range of waxing services from lip and eyebrow to full legs and full face.
