Lemon Lounge Skincare Studio

Lemon Lounge Skincare Studio is a private facial studio located inside The Spa Girl on West Broadway in Eagle Rock. Ava Lemons opened it in June 2022 after several years in skincare work in Chicago, Los Angeles and at Heyday Skincare. The studio describes itself as a private facial oasis offering results-oriented treatments for all skin types.

Visits are by appointment only, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Clients fill out an intake form before the appointment to flag skin triggers, and the esthetician performs an in-person skin analysis. The treatment plan is then discussed at the visit, and the room is dark and cozy, with music and a relaxed feel.

Facials come in four lengths. The 40 minute option is single-focus, treating one skin concern after a brief consultation. The 60 and 75 minute facials include cleansing, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions when needed, massage and masking. The 75 minute Lemon Lounge Signature Facial is listed at $275, and the 100 minute facial, which can include up to four Facial Boosters at no extra cost, is listed at $345.00.

The studio carries Korean and United States skincare brands, including KRX and Corthe, along with Dr. Loretta's own line. Korean beauty products were selected after more than six months of research. Products are chosen after a facial, and restocks can be drop shipped to the client's home on request, arranged through the esthetician.

Treatments are designed to produce visible results without being harsh on the skin, with each plan shaped by the intake form and the in-person skin analysis.
