Haircuts and blowouts are sold in three tiers: Essential, Deluxe Experience and Signature Transformation. The Essential tier covers a wash, cut, blow-dry, basic style and a short scalp massage. Higher tiers add deep conditioning, a hot towel wrap or eye treatment, and in the Signature tier a bond repair, scalp detox and hydration treatment, an aromatherapy massage, a small take-home mask and a facial wax.
Color services include single process color from $80, partial and full foil highlights, a face frame highlight refresh for balayage, and balayage from $190. New clients can book a complimentary 15-minute color consultation, and a short online form helps the stylist plan ahead of the visit. Brazilian Blowout smoothing and the lighter Brazilian Blowout Rewind are also offered, along with an add-on split end treatment.
The salon's policies: no monetary refunds on services rendered, a 7-day window to return for corrections, and product exchanges only for defective or damaged items returned within 14 days of purchase. Gift cards are available and their balances can be checked online.
