Color services run from glosses and grey coverage through lowlights, highlights and balayage, with a face frame highlight and a partial highlight option for smaller changes. Extensions are offered with a consultation for move-ups and a deposit. Brides can book a trial before the wedding day, plus wedding hair, and the site also lists a full wedding service that shows a time but no price.
Men's services include cuts, buzz cuts, fades, grey blends, beard trims, straight razor line-ups and hot towel shaves, and a complimentary neck clean-up can be added between cuts. Children's cuts, senior cuts for women and men, and a nose wax are also on the menu.
Before booking, clients can take a free 10-minute consultation. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice are not charged; shorter notice incurs half the service price, and same-day cancellations or no-shows incur 75 percent. Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to these charges being enforced. Several services ask for a deposit, and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.
