LeibNailz is run by its owner, who works alone at a rented space inside Stash House AZ on West Thomas Road in Phoenix. The business grew out of his own career, which began in the nail industry at 16, continued through nail school from age 18, and included a stint at a nail bar in Scottsdale that has since closed.

The Apres Soft Gel System is a soak-off soft gel service applied to pre-shaped, curved tips. Preparation includes cuticle work, shaping and buffing, then a pH bonder and a primer. Sculpted Sets are built over forms using acrylic in shapes such as coffin or stiletto, and they are made without nail glue. Nail art and add-ons are offered alongside both services.

Booking requires a vaulted card, and a $50 deposit is taken for standard services and applied to the total. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice, or the full service amount is charged to the card. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without a call forfeits the slot and charges the full service. Appointments outside standard hours carry a $40 after-hours fee, if approved. Last-minute openings go first-come, first-served and are posted on Instagram, and a deposit may be needed to hold one. Confirmations and reminders arrive by text and email, and changes go through the link in the confirmation email.

Prices for nail art and add-ons shown at booking are estimates based on general averages, and the final cost can change with design complexity. Children may attend appointments, but the space is not childproofed and parents are responsible for any damage. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered service animals. Free services are not given in exchange for exposure or influencer content, and collaboration requests are reviewed through the contact form.

The shop sells a Liner Brush and an Ombre Brush for $20 each, a Duo Brush Set for $40, and eGift cards in amounts of $100, $150, $250 or $300, or a custom amount. The Duo Brush Set includes a black double-ended liner and detailer brush and a white double-ended ombre and gel applicator brush with sealed caps. The Nail Tech Project is a community effort that funds complimentary nail services and pedicures for selected recipients through contributions. It is not a registered nonprofit, so contributions are not tax-deductible.
