Waxing is the largest part of the menu. Hard wax is used for most hair removal and for sensitive areas, and soft wax is used to clean up anything left behind. Options run from small areas such as the lip, chin, nose and sideburns to half and full arms and legs, the back, chest, and bikini and Brazilian work. Brazilian waxing can be shaped to the client, such as a natural V, a landing strip, front-only work, or no back-area work. Each step is explained during the appointment, and technique is used to keep discomfort as low as possible.

Facials are customized to skin condition and skin type in 60- and 90-minute versions, and the 90-minute version adds neck, shoulder, scalp, hand and foot massage. Named options include a Signature Relaxation Facial with gentle products and no exfoliation, a Hydrating Aloe Vera Facial, a Rose Petal Facial, a Sun Burn Remedy Facial using a jade roller, and a 120-minute Back and Face Dual Facial.

Booking policies are firm and worth reading before a visit. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice. Missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full, and a no-show without a call is charged the full service total. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and cannot be replaced if lost. Late clients receive a shortened, prorated session, and waxing clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be charged a late fee or have the appointment canceled. Clients running behind are asked to call or text ahead.
