The business commits to technical excellence, current science, ingredient quality, close attention to detail and personalized service. Medical facials are tailored to each client's skin, goals, downtime and lifestyle, and use medical-grade products containing acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Chemical peels come in light, medium and deep depths, chosen to suit the concern being treated. Hair restoration is a non-surgical option for hair loss that uses microneedling, with an optional infusion called Regenerative Complex+, which contains 5 billion exosomes and is described by the business as clinically proven. Before a hair restoration plan begins, vitamin supplementation and medical-grade hair solutions are discussed and required. Laser hair removal is performed with diode lasers and is described as FDA-approved for reducing unwanted hair growth. Treatment usually takes about 12 to 18 sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, with maintenance sessions every six to twelve months afterward. Sessions are charged by the hour rather than by area, and laser is not performed directly over tattooed skin or on the eyelid area. Less effective results are noted on gray, light red, blond and white hair. The menu also includes dermaplaning, LED therapy, microdermabrasion with a diamond-tip handpiece, vampire facials, Diamond HydroGlow, skin tightening, facial hair removal, lash and brow enhancements, permanent makeup and cosmetic tattooing, peptide therapy and hormone replacement therapy. Body treatments are offered as well.

Visits are by appointment only. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 8:00pm, and Saturday, 9:00am to 12:00pm. First-time visitors can book a complimentary consultation through the Book Now page. Consultations are non-refundable and count as a deposit toward any service. Clients are asked to bring a list or photos of their current skincare, supplements and medications, including ingredients and strengths. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present, and anyone not seen in over a year is asked to rebook a consultation. The business also offers a 30-minute Zoom skincare or Acne Bootcamp consultation, which does not include hands-on treatment or in-person skin analysis. A 60-minute Wellness Sommelier consultation is available virtually or in person and includes a follow-up PDF guide. Virtual Skin Coaching, with a year of ongoing guidance, is offered to clients outside the Atlanta area, and additional virtual follow-ups cost $100 each.
