Manicures range from a regular service to a longer luxury treatment, and pedicures include a classic option along with several spa-style services built around soaks, massage and hot stone or paraffin treatments. Nail enhancements cover gel polish, Gel-X, builder gel, dipping powder, pink and white acrylic sets and overlays, with prices that can shift with length, shape and nail art. Add-ons such as chrome, cat eye, French tips, nail repair and nail designs can be booked alongside a service.

Waxing is offered for the face, underarms, arms, legs and back, and children under 12 can book princess manicures and pedicures, with the salon asking that children be supervised at all times.

The salon asks clients to arrive on time and to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. It also asks clients to confirm their service and price with their technician before work begins, and to raise any concerns before leaving. Complimentary fixes are offered within 7 days, but only for workmanship issues. Services are non-refundable, and the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings or gift cards.
