Appointment lengths depend on the service. A lash shampoo takes about 10 minutes and a removal about 30. Refills run from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the style, and full sets from 90 to 150 minutes. The classic full set is listed at 120 minutes or more. The classic full set starts at $100, and the other services have fixed prices from $20 to $160.
The salon is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 to 8:30 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. It is closed Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. A $20 fee applies to appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours. Clients who don't contact the salon before a no-show appointment are charged 50% of the service price.
