Booking is held with a $40 deposit that goes toward the total. The deposit is non-refundable, and cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment forfeits it. Clients may reschedule once using the same deposit, and a no-show means no future appointments. Arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, and appointments are cancelled if a client arrives after 20 minutes. The remaining balance is paid in cash only.

For manicures, Gel X sets are offered with one fill per set, starting at $55 and taking about an hour. Builder Gel sets start at $60, also about an hour, and include a dry manicure and one solid or jelly color. Builder Gel is HEMA free, and the business describes it as sustainable and gentle, with strength, flexibility and long-lasting wear.

Nail art is organized into four tiers, starting at $30 and usually taking 20 minutes or more. Tier 1 covers full French, chrome, cat-eye and aura designs. Tier 2 adds animal print, 3D lines and chrome details. Tier 3 moves to 3D flowers, layered art and chrome details on every nail, and Tier 4 is the most intricate, with layered art on 10 nails and custom 3D charms.

Pedicures start at $50 and take about an hour. The Basic Gel Pedicure uses a bath bomb soak, with nail care, callus removal, sugar scrub, massage lotion, a warm towel and gel polish. The VIP and Jelly Gel Pedicures both add paraffin wax and a hot stone massage; the VIP uses a salt soak with a hydrating mask, and the Jelly uses a jelly textured soak.

Signature or Freestyle Art starts at $130 and takes about two hours, including gel extensions. The artist chooses all the design elements, though clients can share color preferences. Design changes may raise the total. Removal of the business's own sets is listed at $0.00 and takes about 15 minutes.

Work is built around the artist's own designs, with the artist choosing all elements for freestyle art. Builder Gel is described by the business as sustainable and gentle.
