The menu is broad. Manicures and pedicures come in graded tiers, from a classic option up to a Lee Royal version, and each has a separate no chip counterpart. A children's menu offers manicures and pedicures for younger clients. Nail enhancements include builder gel, dip powder, Gel X and acrylic, and waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs and back.
Prices are listed per service. Examples include a Classic Mani at $23, a Signature Pedi at $43, a Dip Powder at $48, and a Full Legs Wax at $65. Add-ons include cateye, chrome, French, a shiny buff, and a 10-minute extra massage.
Clients can request a specific technician by choosing that person's name under employee when booking. Otherwise the booking is given to the first available technician, and a particular person is not guaranteed. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Late clients are held for 10 minutes if the salon is contacted; after that the service is shortened to the time remaining and charged at full price plus a late fee. Anyone more than 15 minutes late forfeits the appointment and must reschedule. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice.
Payment is accepted in cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, with a $10 minimum payment or deposit; personal checks are not accepted. Gratuity is cash only, and a 20% gratuity is added automatically to salon services for groups of four or more. Children under 8 who are not being served must stay in the lobby with an adult. Pets are not allowed, though trained service animals are welcome. Completed services are not refunded.
