The menu is organized into several tiers. The standard spa menu covers manicures and pedicures with named pedicure options, and a separate VIP menu offers the same kinds of services with additional spa pedicure choices and nail services. A kids' menu covers manicures and pedicures for children up to 18 years old, and includes a footbath on a massage chair, shaping and cuticle work when needed, a massage, a polish of the child's choice, and two free designs on hands and feet.

Nail services cover gel manicures, Shellac gel manicures, solar nails, gel full sets and fill-ins in several colors, with nail repair, nail removal and nail art designs also available. The salon offers a 3 to 5 day warranty on gel, dip powder and acrylic services, which does not cover breaks caused by customer mishandling, and it may ask for a receipt or photo as proof.

Beyond nails, the salon offers eyelash extensions in several styles, from dye and strips to flares and individual lashes, and foot reflexology in half-hour and one-hour sessions. Waxing and facial services cover a wide range of areas, and other waxing services can be arranged on request.

Policies cover the practical side of a visit. Refunds are not given for completed services, so concerns should be raised before leaving. Gift cards are non-refundable and the salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed cards. Pets are not allowed except service animals, the salon has no childcare, children must be supervised, and phone calls on speaker or FaceTime are not permitted inside. Clients who are unwell or have a contagious condition are asked to stay home, and health issues should be disclosed before services begin.
