Lee Lashes is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The studio address is not published; it is texted to clients after a booking is made and the deposit is paid.

Booking starts with a $25 deposit, paid through Cash App or Apple Pay within 30 minutes of booking or the appointment is released. The deposit is nonrefundable and is applied toward the service fee. The remaining balance is paid in cash at the appointment.

Changes to an appointment need at least 48 hours' notice. Canceled appointments forfeit the deposit. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $25 fee to the service fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment, with a new deposit needed to rebook. A no-call, no-show also requires rebooking with a new deposit.

Children and extra guests are not allowed at appointments. Squeeze-in and same-day appointments carry a $50 fee and need a text request first. Appointments after 7pm carry a $100 fee, and Sunday appointments carry a $100 fee and also need a text request.
