Every treatment is built around light from a system that uses more than 2,800 LEDs across blue, red, near-infrared, yellow, green and 940 nm deep infrared wavelengths.

A visit begins with a consultation, after which the team selects a custom protocol for each client's skin type and concern. The spa describes its treatments as progressive rather than aggressive, and says they use no drugs, no injections and no downtime. The business also says most clients see meaningful improvement within four to six sessions.

The signature offerings are the LED Glow Facial, a full-face multi-wavelength treatment, and the Glassy Glow Facial, which adds hydration and skin-barrier support. For breakouts there is a single-session blue and red treatment, a quick blue and red sequence used at the first sign of a flare, and an Active Acne Series of about four to eight sessions for persistent or moderate-to-severe acne. A back menu covers acne, clarifying, scars and pigmentation, firming, brightening and relaxation, and wearable infrared light patches are also available.

The spa is open Tuesday through Saturday, with a shorter schedule on Saturday. It hosts Youthing, a free community gathering held on every fourth Sunday at 3:00 PM at LaMadeline in Park and Preston, Plano; attendees RSVP by text.

Its Inside Out skin regeneration method works from the cells outward, with treatments chosen after a consultation to suit each client's skin type and concern.
