New clients, and anyone who has been away for six months or more, are booked into The Ultimate New Client Major Works Experience, a service of about 90 minutes that includes a porosity and scalp assessment, a customized shampoo and scalp cleanse, electric shampoo massage, protein as needed, steam or hydration, and a silk press or body curls. A $50 deposit is required before a new client appointment is approved, and first-time silk press clients start with this service. Clients who have not been serviced in three months or more are asked to book a Major Works service.

The Aloe Vera and Apple Cider Vinegar deep conditioning mask was created by Lee Hicks, who mixes it fresh before each application and applies it personally. The salon says results may vary by hair type and scalp condition. The Lee Experience add-on, priced at $75 and about an hour long, adds a steam treatment at the shampoo bowl, the aloe and vinegar mask, a longer head massage, headphones, and a choice of a small charcuterie board or fruit tray with up to three mimosas.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 3 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Wednesday. Lateness is covered by a 15-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee applies plus $1 for each additional minute. No-call/no-shows and cancellations within 12 hours are charged the full service price, and cancellations within 12 to 24 hours carry a $50 fee. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed. Appointments on a major holiday or the day before carry a $40 holiday fee.

The online shop sells LP Liquid Gold hair oil, which the salon describes as made with natural ingredients, along with a 2-in-1 men's beard and hair oil, beard oil, pillowcases, hair extension bundles and clip-ins. Extension bundles, lifestyle bundles and standalone products are final sale. Damaged or defective online orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
