Custom facials come in three lengths, Express, Custom and THE Facial, and the treatments inside each are chosen to fit the time booked. Longer facials add a relaxation period and massage.

Skin treatments include chemical peels, which are selected based on a client's skin concerns and any past peel experience. HydroGlow HydroFacials combine exfoliation with hydration, and hydrodermabrasion can be added to a facial. Microdermabrasion is a surface exfoliation treatment offered after a skin assessment. OxyGlow can be booked as a focused visit or added to a longer facial, and dermaplaning can stand alone or be included in a customized facial.

Brow services include waxing, tinting and lamination. Acne care is led by a certified acne specialist. Skincare guidance recommends professional products selected around each client's skin, goals and budget. Gift cards are available. According to the studio, it relies on top-tier devices and products sold at a reasonable price. Cancellations made on the same day or within 24 hours of an appointment incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. A no-show is charged 90% of the total and is barred from booking future appointments. Clients who reschedule two or more times consecutively must pay a non-refundable $45 deposit before booking. Buy Now, Pay Later financing covers in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000.
