LeahLASH designs each lash set around the shape of the client's eyes rather than applying a single standard pattern. According to the salon, its lash materials are cruelty-free, obtained through professional channels, and suitable for delicate eyes. The salon also says every LeahLASH artist completes demanding training before serving clients. Clients can book appointments through the salon's website or through third-party booking platforms.

The menu is organized around named full sets. Classic applies one extension to one natural lash for a clean look. Hybrid, Soft Glam, Full Glam, Mascara Effects, Signature Wispy, Anime (Trending), Fox Eye, and Mega Volume each have their own build. Signature Wispy is described as a strip-lash look created exclusively at LeahLASH, and the studio says it is the set clients request most. Full Glam, which fans several extensions onto one natural lash, is described as its popular set for daily wear. Mega Volume uses the studio's handmade extensions and is recommended for special occasions. Anime (Trending) uses bold spikes over a shorter base layer and does not include bottom lashes. Fox Eye is designed with a special curl and is available only at LeahLASH.

Newer clients can start with the Intro Set at $95.99, offered to first-time visits only, which includes a complimentary consultation on arrival. Medusa, a set with defined spikes over a soft, wispy base, is a new service available only at The Colony studio.

Lash lifts and brow services form a second part of the menu. Lash Lift is described as the studio's most popular lash service, and Korean Lash Lift is a newer soft, glossy lift for natural lashes. Brow Lamination, also called an eyebrow perm, is suited to thinning or unruly brows; the service does not involve microblading, needles, or color. Lash lift and brow lamination services can be combined with tints for a set price.

The business says each set is handcrafted to suit the client's eye shape rather than a standard pattern, and it uses cruelty-free, professionally sourced materials it describes as safe for sensitive eyes.
