Le Visage Spa was founded by Anne Cécile Curot and takes its name from the French word for the face. The spa describes itself as a luxurious retreat in the heart of Government Center. Its services are built around individual customization, with treatments designed to deliver defined results.

The founder trained in esthetics at the Élysées Marbeuf International School of Esthetics in Paris, then worked at a wellness center in Le Mans, France, and gave treatments to VIP guests at a hotel in Geneva, Switzerland. After moving to the United States she worked as a spa director, educator and aesthetician before opening Le Visage. She is a certified oncology aesthetician and continues to study new skincare techniques and technologies.

Because the founder is the only esthetician, every appointment is one-on-one, and group bookings are not available. The only client space is a waiting room. The spa does not offer massage or packages; each service is priced on its own. Most appointments can be booked online, while chemical peels and oncology treatments are arranged differently, with oncology requests made through a form on the website or by phone. A valid credit card on file is needed to hold a reservation. The spa is open Tuesday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The spa has used Rhonda Allison products since it opened. These products are free of dyes, colorants, synthetic fragrances, sodium lauryl sulfates, parabens and phthalates, and are cruelty free. Products used during a treatment can be bought in person or online, and gift cards are available. Online orders paid with a gift card are placed by email, and any remaining balance must be paid by phone with a credit card.

Treatments are individually customized and results-based, with professional-grade products chosen for each client.

The spa describes itself as a luxurious retreat, and the client space is a single waiting room.
