The facial menu runs from a 30-minute diamond microdermabrasion mini facial to a 90-minute ULTIMATE Anti-Aging PLATINUM Facial. Other options include a classic European-style deep cleansing facial, a fruit acid peel with a vitamin C mask, an alpha and beta hydroxy acid facial with a fruit mask, and a 75-minute anti-acne facial that includes deep cleansing and blemish extraction. The ULTIMATE Anti-Aging facials use a Smart 3D Quadropolar radiofrequency device on the face, jawline and neck, and the Platinum version also treats the chest and adds cleansing, exfoliation, massage and a cellulose mask. Class 3 cold laser therapy at 905nm is combined with radiofrequency for face and eye area treatments. Radiofrequency can also be booked for individual areas such as the face, eye area, double chin, neck, chest and back of hands. LED light therapy, which uses red and blue wavelengths, can be added to any facial or cavitation treatment for $35, except radiofrequency.

Anti-hyperpigmentation therapy for the hands, face or chest pairs a chemical peel with LED light, using vitamin C and kojic acid. Each treatment takes 45 minutes. The spa notes that it is not suited to sensitive skin, acneic skin, rosacea, or sensitivity to fruit acids, and asks clients to use sunscreen afterward.

Xtreme semi-permanent lash extensions come in Single (Classic) and Omni Volume styles. New lash clients have an in-depth consultation before application, and only sterilized instruments and single-use disposable materials are used for each client. Omni Volume suits clients with relatively strong, healthy natural lashes; clients with very short, thin or sparse lashes are offered Mink or Classic application instead, and clients without enough natural lashes may be offered a peptide-rich lash growth serum. Clients need to be able to lie comfortably with their eyes closed for at least two hours, and should avoid oil-based eye makeup remover and waterproof mascara. Touch-ups are suggested every two to three weeks and should not go past three weeks. Lash lifting is a semi-permanent curl for natural lashes that does not add length or thickness, and is typically repeated about every two months.

Waxing uses the MANCINE line of organic Australian waxes, with services from chin and lip to back and half leg. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, gift certificates and checks are accepted for facials, waxing and retail. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours ahead; two same-day cancellations or no-shows lead to refused future bookings, and repeated cancellations or rebookings made on the booking site can also lead to refusal. Gift certificates range from $50 to $500, can be bought online through PayPal or the spa's Square gift page, and cannot be returned or transferred. A $300 certificate is listed as covering two ULTIMATE Anti-Aging PLATINUM Facials. The spa also sells retail products.
