The menu is broad. Nail enhancements cover acrylic, gel powder, dip powder, Gel X, ombre, Solar Nails and Tap Gel, either as full sets or fill-ins. Manicures range from basic and gel to deluxe, Milk and Honey and luxury versions, with a dry manicure also offered. Pedicures run from basic and special through hot stone, signature and exclusive to luxury, with the Diamond Herbal Pedicure as the top option; the salon calls that one its most luxurious pedicure and recommends it strongly.

The Diamond Herbal Pedicure includes a candle massage, and clients can choose a scent of rose, lavender, jasmine, cherry blossom or lemongrass. The Milk and Honey manicure and pedicure use the salon's own Milk & Honey products. The herbal head spa offers two options: Royal Scalp, a 50-minute session, and Luxury Care, a 90-minute session. Both include a blow-dry and herbal tea.

Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas. Additional services include soak off, polish changes, buffer shine, callus treatment, paraffin treatment, cutting down nails, repairs, nail art, rhinestones, special shapes, combination colors, French finishes and chrome, cat eye or foil designs. Kids services include a kids manicure, pedicure, gel add-on and hand and toe polish changes.

Appointments are recommended, though walk-ins are welcome and immediate service is not guaranteed. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee. Group bookings need a credit card to hold the reservation and must be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead. Some services may require a deposit, which is non-refundable if cancelled late or missed. Children under 12 may come in only during their service and must be accompanied by an adult. Late arrivals may have their service shortened or moved.

Payment is due at the time of service and the salon accepts cash and major credit cards, but not personal checks. Listed prices are cash prices, and paying by card adds a cost. Gratuity is not included, and the salon recommends 15 to 20 percent of the service cost. Gift cards work for services and retail products but are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The salon offers a nail fix warranty covering lifting, peeling or chipping reported within three days of service, excluding neglect or misuse. Services are not refunded, but the salon will try to resolve problems and may discount extra work needed to fix nails. The salon is also recruiting nail technicians.

The salon says it uses premium products and strict sanitation practices, sterilizing tools before and after each use and using disposable items where possible.
