Hours run Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 11:30 am to 5 pm, with the salon closed on Mondays. Payment is taken by cash or card, and gift cards in $50 and $100 amounts are available.

Pedicures make up much of the spa side. A Classic Pedicure takes about 30 minutes and includes a 6-minute massage, cuticle trim, file and shape, callus removal, lotion and hot towels. Paraffin, VOESH spa, collagen spa and several themed pedicures add longer massages, scrubs, masks and paraffin or hot stone work, with the Pamper Me! pedicure listed at 2 hours 30 minutes. Extra massage time can be added for $20 to $35 depending on length, and gel polish can be added to any pedicure.

Safety and sanitation are described as the top priority. Implements, equipment and electrical instruments are cleaned and go through an approved sanitizing and disinfecting process before reuse, buffers and files are used once and discarded, and every pedicure is done with liner protection.
