Street parking is limited to spots in front of the building. Clients wait in the lobby and text the studio when they arrive. Because the specialist may be with another client, arriving early without notice may mean waiting outside.

Before a wax, clients are asked to do a basic cleanse and wear loose-fitting clothing. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long. Clients may trim with scissors beforehand but should leave that length. The waxers have experience with all hair densities, so shaving or trimming first isn't needed. Tanning is not recommended within two to three days of a wax. Aftercare products are sold in the studio, and staff can suggest one suited to a client's skin type.

Signature bikinis and Brazilians take 15 to 20 minutes and pair a botanical or probiotic cleanse with a complete or deep V wax, finished with an ingrown hair serum or botanical oil. Vajacials use algae, Bulgarian rose, hyaluronic acid or gold powder in a hydro jelly base.

The Membership Program starts at $29 per month and includes one complimentary add-on per visit, $5 off purchases of $50 or more, 10% off in-store products, and a welcome gift and birthday gift. Gift cards range from $25 to $1,000 and do not expire. New clients can sign up through the newsletter form for $10 off a first service.
