Services are by appointment only, seven days a week, and clients book through the online booking page. Lash extension sets come in several styles, and fills are timed by how long ago the full set was applied: a mini fill within a week or so of a full set, and a regular fill two to three weeks after. Clients whose extensions were applied by another artist can book a foreign fill. Gift cards are sold through the website, where balances can also be checked.

Brow services include tinting, waxing and lamination, and a combined visit that covers all three in one appointment. Lash tinting and lifting are also available, as is removal for clients who want their extensions taken off.
