Options include a haircut for returning clients, a first-time client special that pairs a haircut with a blow dry, a men's cut with shampoo and scalp massage, and a non-local haircut that adds a short conditioning treatment. Color ranges from root touch-ups and all-over color to partial and full highlights, with men's short-hair vivid color and color correction both booked after a consultation.
A deposit is needed to secure any appointment. Deposits run from $10 to $40 depending on the service, and new clients pay a $20 deposit on many services. Deposits are non-refundable for a no-show or a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment. Inspiration photos are used as a guide only, because hair length, density, texture and condition all shape the result.
Packages are booked like any other service on the services page, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. The Signature Refresh pairs a customized gloss with a precision haircut for $130, which the studio says saves $30 compared with booking the two separately. The portfolio shows examples of red color, layers, face-frame cuts, bobs, copper highlights and bubble style.
Each service is planned around the client's own hair, with inspiration photos treated as a starting point rather than a promise of an exact copy.
