Visits are meant to feel relaxing and high-end, and hair consultations are offered for clients who want to talk through their hair before a service. Hours are Monday through Thursday 10 am to 7 pm, Friday 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm.

Beyond natural hair styling and protective styles, the menu covers silk presses, roller sets, flat-iron finishes, braids, twists, relaxers, quick weaves, sew-ins and closure installs, along with highlights and color retouches. The salon offers microblading, a semi-permanent cosmetic eyebrow procedure.
