Lash lift appointments take about 50 minutes, and tint can be included if the client wants it. Lash removal is available as a separate visit. Louna Daaboul is the lash artist, and reviews shown on the site describe her as gentle and patient.

According to the site, the studio is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and is closed on weekends. Clients are asked to arrive about 5 minutes early for lash appointments. A late arrival may shorten the application or lead to rescheduling, and the full fee still applies. Notice is requested as early as possible for late arrivals, reschedules or cancellations.
