The menu is split into four groups: facials, waxing, sugaring and threading. The facial menu is the most varied, with HydraFacial sessions at signature, deluxe and premium levels, plus dermaplaning, dermabrasion, chemical peel, microdermabrasion and microneedling. Men's facials include the signature HydraFacial, dermaplaning, dermabrasion, chemical peel and microneedling. Each facial starts with a skin analysis and usually runs 45 to 75 minutes. The salon recommends facials every 4 to 6 weeks.

Hair removal covers the face, body and intimate areas. Waxing and sugaring each cover Authentic Brazilian, back, arms, legs, underarms and facial areas, and waxing also includes bikini, chest, stomach and hands. Threading covers eyebrows, upper lip, chin and full face, and is offered for men for shaping brows and facial hair. Estheticians use pre-treatment oils and post-wax calming balms, and can do a patch test for sensitive skin. Sugaring and waxing are best timed once hair is about a quarter to half an inch long, with a 4 to 6 week interval between sessions.

Each treatment begins with an assessment, and facials can be adjusted for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. Hair removal is done with gentle, skin-friendly methods, and threading is chemical-free.
