Facial options include a 60-minute custom facial, a 90-minute custom European facial that can run longer for extractions or massage where the skin calls for it, and a 60-minute custom back facial that covers the face, neck, shoulders, back and arms.

Upgrades can be added to facials to target specific needs, including acne detox with steam and extractions, rosacea and sensitive skin care, LED light therapy in several light colors, a retinol renewal peel, and a brightening collagen treatment. For clients who prefer to begin with a consultation, a 30-minute virtual skin evaluation is offered for $100, based on questions about skin and lifestyle. Virtual evaluations requested outside listed booking hours can be arranged by text message.

Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom value, and they can be sent to the buyer, by text or by email.

Lauren works toward building facials around each client's skin analysis and an education-first approach, so clients understand what their skin needs and how to care for it between visits.
