Services cover protective and install styles: sew-ins, quick weaves, ponytails, butterfly locs, wig installs and take downs, plus custom color, styling and touch ups. Several installs can be booked with hair bundles included, such as a closure quick weave with three bundles, a sew-in with three bundles, and an HD frontal wig with install.

Booking is done with a deposit, which counts toward the total. Deposits are $20 for most services, $40 for butterfly locs and $100 for the bundle packages. Clients can pay in person by cash, Zelle or Apple Pay, with a $5 fee on Apple Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 subject to approval before the appointment. The studio asks that lace be dropped off at least one day before installation; otherwise a $25 same-day lace customization fee applies. The studio's address is sent by text the week of the appointment once the deposit is paid.

Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with Sundays closed. Early morning and late night bookings outside scheduled hours are available as an add-on at a price that varies. Clients more than 10 minutes late pay a $10 late fee, and an appointment is canceled if the client is 30 minutes late. Cancellations should be communicated 24 hours in advance.

Services are offered mainly in clients' homes or on travel, with house calls available. Lace prep and deposits are handled ahead of the appointment.
