Services fall into three groups. Manicures include a Russian manicure without polish, a men's version, Russian hard gel manicures and a hard gel option with spa gloves. Pedicures run from a gel toes-only service to the Smart Pedicure, a waterless treatment that pairs dry pedicure techniques with callus and dry skin care and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. Pricing for the Smart Pedicure can shift with skin condition and any extra treatments. Nail extensions include tip extensions, Gel-X, dual forms French and stiletto styles, with classic and custom nail art available.

Appointments are offered with no rush, and a complimentary beverage is included. The Lazarkova VIP Rewards program gives 50 points at sign-up and earns points on each visit toward discounts and offers, and a card-reveal game can win a discount or a free service at each visit. The salon also offers a Duo Form Manicure Course on site.

Gel polish and artificial nails are typically renewed every two to three weeks. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 12 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable and can move to another appointment only if changed 12 hours ahead, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 40% of the booked service total.
