Extensions are offered in two systems. Full sets can be done in one color or with nail art in three tiers, which step up from french, chrome, cateye or simple designs on one or two nails, to aura nails, ombre or designs on three to four nails, to 3D art, gems, rhinestones and intricate work on five to eight nails. Clients should choose the tier that matches the design they want. A fully customized character art set is also available, with hand-painted freestyle designs such as anime, cartoon, gaming, original characters and inspired themes.
Manicures range from a quick natural nail manicure to a gel or shellac finish, with nail art available for an added cost. Pedicures build in steps: the Fresh & Clean Pedi includes a soak, trim, cuticle care, callus removal, massage and a hot towel wrap; The Luxe Pedi adds an Epsom salt soak, an exfoliating treatment and an aromatherapy hot towel wrap; and The Paraffin Pedi adds a paraffin wax treatment. Acrylic Toes is a full set of acrylics on all ten toes.
Add-ons cover single nail fixes, polish changes, gel polish removal, nail trims and reshaping, and foreign fill or removal. Nail fixes are priced per nail for work needed after two weeks, and four or more nails needing fixes call for a full refill booking. Foreign fills and removals must be selected in the add-ons section when booking, and fingernail and toe trims need two separate bookings when both are wanted.
Enhancements are removed by soaking rather than popping off, and gel polish is taken off by soaking and gentle filing instead of peeling.
