Color is priced to the client's goals, from root touch-ups to complex corrections. Touch-ups start at $80, all-over color at $105, partial babylight or balayage at $125, partial highlights at $130, full highlights at $150, and babylight or balayage at $180. Full balayage begins at $180 with level 1 stylists and rises with stylist level. Stylists are grouped by level, from level 1 to level 4, with the owner above them, and they take ongoing training to keep up with trends.

New clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early and complete a digital intake form. Walk-ins are accepted, though calling ahead is recommended. Appointments can be booked through the salon's website or its Phorest booking page, and when booking, clients are asked to text a recent photo of the back of their head along with any questions. Some services may need a short in-person or FaceTime consultation, and new extension clients have a 30-minute consultation first. Every service includes a head and neck massage, and washes include select aromatherapy. Parking is complimentary directly in front of the salon.

The salon offers hair and makeup for weddings, both in the salon and on location, a Full Salon Takeover for bridal parties, and bridal hair packages customized to each client from consultation through the final touches. New guests receive 20 percent off cuts or 10 percent off color, but discounts cannot be combined and the higher one applies.

A 25 percent non-refundable deposit is required for most services, and 50 percent for bridal and on-location bookings. A deposit can be moved to a new date within 90 days with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to the full service amount, and no-shows without notice forfeit the deposit and may require higher deposits later. Children and pets are asked not to come to appointments, though registered service animals are welcome. Cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted, but personal checks are not. Card payments carry a processing fee that cash avoids. Tips are not expected but can be added to card payments or given to stylists in cash. Gift cards are sold in the salon and as digital cards online.
