Services cover cuts for men, children and adults, with short, medium and long lengths priced separately. Color ranges from root retouches and all-over color to balayage, ombre and corrective color, and weaves are available as accent, partial or full-head work. Styling and hair and scalp treatments are also offered, along with add-ons such as a clarifying conditioning treatment or a flat or curling iron finish.

Menu prices are starting points. A complimentary consultation lets clients choose a cut, color and style and confirm pricing for the service they need, and online booking for hair color correction requires that consultation first.

Clients can book through the salon website or its Fresha page, or call or text 602-739-1499. Cancellations go through that same number, and late arrivals should call ahead, since an extremely late appointment may need to be rescheduled. Concerns about a service should be raised during the appointment or within 24 hours, and the salon says it will correct issues and may refund when it is at fault.

Gift certificates are valid for six months from purchase and cannot be combined with other offers. The salon accepts major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle and personal checks with a check guarantee card or driver's license. Pets are not permitted except licensed guide dogs, and unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon.
