Braid Down builds straight back cornrows, with the number depending on hair density. Brow tinting and waxing are offered separately or together. Cuts and styling cover trims and haircuts, blow outs with a flat iron finish, silk presses that begin with a 30-minute moisture treatment, and sleek ponytails, where hair is not included. Extension services range from weave touch-ups and partial weaves to full weaves, quick weaves and a braid-less sew-in that adds fullness and length without braiding tension. Hair is not provided for the weave services, and closures or frontals cost extra. Relaxers, a keratin treatment and a deep conditioning hair mask round out the menu, and wig installs are priced by wig type.

Booking has a few rules to know before arriving. New clients pay a non-refundable deposit to book. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Wigs must be dropped off two days ahead. The salon does not work with lace that another stylist has already cut. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as early as possible so it can be rescheduled. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
