The studio is at 436 Regatta Ln in Azle and is run by loc specialist Tamala Bell. Office hours are Monday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Install prices depend on hair length measured at the consultation. A large base (5 inches) starts at $500, a medium base at $600 and a small base at $700. Interlocs after the 5-inch base are priced at $50 per inch. Clients need to have their hair shampooed and dried within 24 hours before an install, and the studio recommends trimming split or dead ends before locking.

Maintenance is booked by the hour. Retightening for interlocs, microlocs and branded locs is $45 for one hour, with longer sessions priced by time up to $225 for five hours. Home visits carry a $45 travel fee paid upfront for trips up to one hour, and video consultations are available. One client review mentions the stylist coming to the client's home.

Policies: a $25 late fee applies to arrivals more than 15 minutes late, and appointments are canceled if a client is more than 30 minutes late without 48 hours' notice. Concerns about an install need to be raised within 72 hours of the service. Refunds are not issued. Payment is accepted by cash, Cash App or Zelle. New transfer clients booking retightening only pay a non-refundable deposit, which is forfeited if they miss the appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
