Lash services are the core of the menu. Lash extension sets come in bottom, classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, a 1:1 ratio. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume extensions evenly, and volume sets apply several very thin fan extensions to each natural lash. Volume hybrid sets carry more fan lashes than classic ones. Mega volume sets can be done in shorter lengths on request. Fill-ins in mini, bottom, classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles maintain existing sets, and custom strip lashes are made to order, usually within 24 to 48 hours, with specific looks sent by text message.

Facials are customized to the client. A standard customized facial can be upgraded with high frequency or LED light therapy. The LED light therapy facial is not booked by clients with acne-prone skin. Waxing covers brazilian, armpit and leg areas, including a full brazilian that covers the front of the body, upper thighs and buttocks, and a combined brazilian and armpit option.

Several bookings have their own rules. The new client special is for first-time lash extension clients. The birthday set lets clients choose any set but requires a valid ID. On Fridays, the Freestyle Friday special lets a client describe a look that the lash artist then creates. Lavish VIP monthly subscriptions in classic, hybrid and volume styles include weekly fill-ins or three appointments a month, with squeeze-in fees waived. The mini fill-in does not include a lash bath, which must be added on.

The business also sells products online, including lash serum, lash bath and lash curl trays in a range of curls and thicknesses. Orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders placed before 6pm EST ship the same day, and shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. All online orders are final and cannot be returned.
