Full sets range from a classic set in a natural or full look, about 1 hour 50 minutes at $110, to a hybrid medium look that mixes classic and volume lashes at $120. Volume sets use handmade fans for the thickest option, and mega volume sets place volume fans on every lash for an extremely full, fluffy result. The wet spike look is a separate full set at $110, taking about 2 hours.

Fill-ins are priced by style, from a one week fill-in at $55 to a mega volume fill at $90. A foreign fill-in at $95 is a fill over another technician's work, and it requires a consultation and a stated existing set when booking. Removal may be needed depending on the quality of the existing lashes. Fill-ins should be booked within 2 to 3 weeks of the previous visit, and anything after 3 weeks is booked as a full set.

The studio also offers a relash package at $275, which includes 5 refills on any set. Bottom lashes are available in full or natural looks in lengths from 5mm to 7mm for $20, and a color add-on is $10. Lash removal is $25 and includes a lash bath, which is included with every appointment.

Before a lash appointment, guests should have freshly cleaned lashes and should not wear mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow or any other eye makeup. Bring no companions unless the studio has okayed extras. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a $10 fee, and anyone 20 minutes or more late will have the booking cancelled. Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day bookings and visits outside standard hours need staff approval before they're confirmed. Any issue with the lashes has to be reported within 24 hours of the visit; the studio may remove or replace affected lashes free of charge.
