Medical weight loss includes GLP-1 and GIP injections and MIC B12 injections. The GLP-1 injection plan is $550 per month, including a provider appointment, weekly injections and a weight loss meal plan. GLP-1/GIP injections are listed at $175 per week, and MIC B12 at $50 per injection with a meal plan. These plans are monitored by a licensed medical provider who also provides primary care at the office.

Memberships are priced at $109 per month for Silver, $179 for Gold and $259 for Platinum, with the $25 enrollment fee waived.
