The menu is organized into three groups on the booking site: brows, facials and waxing. The waxing menu is the largest, covering small areas such as the lip, chin and fingers, larger areas such as the arms, legs and back, and women's bikini and Brazilian services.

Brow services include a brow tint, a brow lamination, and a lamination combined with a tint, with the lamination options including a brow wax. Facial services are a single hydration treatment, a HydroJelly mask described as a high-intensity hydration mask. New clients get $5 off one service on their first visit, which can't be combined with other offers.

Booking is done online. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee; changes made within 24 hours carry a full fee. Arriving more than 5 minutes late counts as a no-show with a full fee and requires rebooking online. Unpaid fees prevent future bookings.

The studio keeps its services and timing clear, with a defined menu of waxing, brow and facial services and a detailed cancellation policy.
