Lavish Waists And Wellness Spa was founded by Michelle Rodgers as a wellness space where women can pause, detox and reconnect. The spa states its mission as a place where self-care is treated as a necessity, and it describes itself as a hidden gem where guests can relax and refresh.
The menu is organized around body treatments, detox and feminine wellness. Body contouring includes Natural Wood Contouring, the Contour and Seal Yeso Body Wrap, Lower Body Vacuum Surface Refinement, a Metabolic Boost Session that uses targeted light and motion, and a Surface Tone and Contour Experience that pairs red-light refinement with targeted muscle toning. Most body contouring services are also sold as 3, 6 or 9-session series and packages.
Thermal wellness includes infrared detox wraps in 30 and 60-minute versions, multi-session packages, and the Lavish Sauna Detox Vault. Steam services include the 30-minute Express Womb Steam and the Womb Wellness Steam, which includes a 45-minute extended botanical steam. Foot detox offers an express ionic foot bath with a full-body vibration chair session and a longer Deluxe Ionic Foot Detox Experience.
Signature Rituals are combined visits, from an 1 hour 45 minute Head-to-Toe Detox Ritual that pairs herbal yoni steam with an ionic foot soak, to a 2 hour 30 minute Royal Feminine Reset with herbal steam, thermal warmth and foot renewal, and a 2 hour Total Body Transformation Ritual. Events include R&B themed paint and sip sessions and yoni steam sip and paint sessions.
Before starting a body program, guests can book a 30-minute Body Detox and Contour Consultation, a personalized, non-invasive assessment. The spa also offers waist bead fitting and installation, a 30-minute session covering sizing, placement and tie-on installation, and a monthly Founding Queens Membership.
Built on the idea that self-care should be intentional and accessible rather than an occasional luxury, with detox, body treatments and feminine wellness at the center.
