Stylists move through a level system that starts with New Talent and continues through Levels 1 to 4. Advancement depends on guest requests and advanced education. New Talent stylists are licensed by the state and have completed additional training with the salon's senior education team, and stylists train in the in-house program before graduating from it. The salon gives typical experience ranges by level: Level 2 stylists usually have five or more years in the industry, Level 3 stylists usually have five to ten years behind the chair, and Level 4 stylists usually have ten or more years.

Prices for cuts, blowouts and color are listed by stylist level, so guests can see what each level costs before booking. Color prices shown are starting points that can vary with hair length, density and technique, and the final price is set at consultation. Guests who have never been to the salon before are offered a complimentary consultation. Blowouts, which the salon calls a signature service, include a scalp massage, shampoo, conditioner and a full style. The salon runs a rewards program called Lavish Rewards and sells gift cards.

The salon's booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged half the service cost, and guests who do not arrive without notice are charged the full cost. Repeat no-shows may need to prepay before booking again.
