Lavish Salon Suites

Lavish Salon Suites is a suite rental business in Mesa that gives independent beauty professionals a private room to work from instead of a shared chair in a larger salon. Tenants have 24-hour access to their suites, so they can keep their own schedules.

The business says it has more than 40 tenants and describes them as highly trained and certified professionals. It also describes its suites as luxury salon suites that are chic and comfortable in design, and presents its model as a newer concept in suite rental.

Rent includes common area maintenance and a weekly cleaning service. Tenants and their guests can use free Wi-Fi, an onsite kitchen and break room, and free onsite laundry. The building has a monitored security system.

Tenants also get access to a business software and education platform. According to the business, it includes a website, AI voice, white-label online bookings, an online store, branded gift cards and a point-of-sale system.

The front desk is open Monday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is recommended. Leasing calls are taken from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Some technicians in the building take their own client appointments and must be contacted directly.

The business presents its model as a modern take on suite rental, with the rent bundling space, cleaning and tools that help tenants run their own bookings and sales.

The suites are described as chic and comfortable in design.
