The menu is organized into several groups. Nail enhancements include gel, soft gel, solar, dip powder (SNS), Gel-X, hybrid gel, powder gel, builder gel or T.A.P, acrylic, colored powder, and pink and white styles, including ombre. Natural nail care covers manicures and pedicures, with tiers that add exfoliation, masks, paraffin, hot stone massage, collagen and extended massage as you move up. Kids can book manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, polish changes, foot soaks and nail designs. Waxing runs from eyebrows and upper lips through full face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini line, Brazilian, back and chest.

Pedicures are offered in six options, from Classic Spa up to The Ultimate Lavish Collagen Spa. Some include a pedibomb and milk soak, a longer hot stone massage, or a collagen soak, mask and gloves. Add-ons such as collagen gloves or socks, extra massage and a healing herbal neck and shoulder wrap can be added to manicures and pedicures.

Booking is available online, and the salon recommends appointments. Online bookings are not confirmed until the salon approves them. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since arriving ten or more minutes late may shorten or cancel the appointment. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to being blocked from future online booking. Prices and service times can vary with the length, condition or customization of the service.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is closed on Sunday.
