Lash full sets and lash infills require a $30 non-refundable deposit, and waxing requires a non-refundable deposit of $10 or more; all deposits go toward the total service price. Deposits are paid by Zelle or Venmo when booking, and an appointment is not valid until the deposit is sent. The remaining balance is due after service by Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Card payment is available in person by tap to pay with a 3% charge added. After-hours and same-day appointments carry a $40 convenience fee on top of the service price. Arriving more than 5 minutes late adds a $10 charge, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and a new deposit is required.
