Services are booked by category, so clients can pick the group that matches where they are in their loc care, from a first-time starter service to ongoing maintenance and repairs.

The menu covers a range of needs: starter loc maintenance, a loc journey service for ages 11 and up, a separate loc service for children aged 12 and under, and general maintenance. Repairs and treatments for locs are also offered, as is styling for locs. For clients who prefer loose hair, there is a natural hair styling category, which is for hair that is not in locs.

Pricing depends on how much new growth there is and, for styling, how long the locs are. Sunday appointments carry an extra fee of $40, and clients must choose the Sunday Fee option when booking that day. Deposits are nonrefundable. Clients are asked to read the booking introduction and all policies before booking, and to select a maintenance service first so the add-on options appear in the drop-down list. Choosing the correct amount of new growth and loc length helps the price shown match the service.
