Extension visits begin with a consultation on length and volume, using weft, seamless or keratin methods. Hair is sourced from Europe, India and China, and tape-in, keratin fusion, halo, temporary and weft options are offered. Install lifespans differ by method: tape-ins and wefts typically last six to twelve weeks and can be reused, while keratin fusion installs usually last three to six months and are generally not reused unless they are Hairdreams extensions.

Women's hair replacement starts with an in-depth assessment before a custom system is selected, and the salon also makes prosthetic hair pieces for women receiving chemotherapy or radiation, with options for the growing-out phase. Men's work centers on bonded toppers, adhered with medical-grade bonding adhesive and matched to natural color, texture and density.
