Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours ahead transfer the deposit to a future booking. Full payment is due at the appointment, and cash and cards are accepted, with a 2% surcharge on card payments. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which late fees apply. Extra guests are not permitted in the studio.
