Product sales are final, so opened, used or unwanted items cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged, defective, leaking, missing or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, with the order number and photos. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit or a refund, which can take 5 to 10 business days plus any bank processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, and standard shipping usually takes about 2 to 5 business days after processing. Shipping is limited to the United States, and standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible, and processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled. Customers should review ingredients before buying, since the business is not responsible for allergic reactions. Before-and-after photos show individual experiences, and results vary.
