Lavish Edit describes itself as a medical aesthetics practice. Besides the Manhattan and New City locations, the Midtown studio takes appointments only and does not accept walk-ins. The website also lists a location in Antigua and asks visitors to contact the business for its location and appointment details. The practice says it has more than 20 years of experience and has served more than 30,000 clients.

About

The practice says it begins by assessing each client's goals and then builds a personalized combination of treatments. Suitability is decided after a professional assessment, and a provider may recommend a different treatment path from the one first considered. Final treatment plans are confirmed by the appropriate Lavish provider. A consultation is available for anyone unsure which treatment or provider fits their concern.

Booking is online only, through an Acuity scheduler. New clients choose a category, treatment, provider, date and time, then complete payment and any required consent or intake forms. Confirmation emails include preparation instructions. Existing clients log in with the email address used for earlier bookings, and packages, gift certificates and codes are applied during booking, where the remaining package balance can also be checked. Same-day appointments can be booked online when the time is at least five hours away.

Cancellation windows are 48 hours for injectable appointments and 24 hours for skincare and laser appointments. A package treatment goes back to the package balance when it is properly canceled within the window. No-shows and late cancellations may result in the treatment being counted as used, and if a balance does not update after an eligible cancellation, clients are asked to contact the practice before booking again. Gift cards come in values from $100 to $2,000, are valid for 12 months, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The website lists Eye Edit, Jawline Edit, Nose Edit and Hair Edit as guided pathways that show treatments that may help with a particular result. These are not appointment types, so the individual treatment inside an edit is what gets booked. The practice describes a Platinum Facial Club as a membership with regular IPL and microdermabrasion treatments. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10AM to 7PM and Saturday from 11AM to 3:30PM, with the practice closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
